It may be an "off label" use, but I use this app for my lyrics when I write a song, and it makes the learning process so much better. You can adjust the speed it scrolls, and the size of the words. I would be lost without this app!

I was never a very confident public speaker, but Speech Maker has helped me improve my game! It also gives access to other speeches, so I can observe how others present themselves and the topics. I recommend trying it out. It doesn’t cost much and has been worth every penny to me!

Some bad moments

Was really excited about using this app. However, my first task was to import my speech through Dropbox and the app is consistently freezing on me and not allow me to import anything. It gave me the error "failed user name and password", which is fine, perhaps I mistyped it, but at this point the app is frozen and will no longer function. So I force quit the app and started it up again. When I go to import from Dropbox, it wont even allow me to re-enter my info because its saved it in the system, so immediately that app says "failed user name and password" and is frozen again. Very disappointing. Would love to use the app if it actually worked.

Cant figure out how to play back what I recorded. The UI is not intuitive and easy to navigate.

Playback of recorded audio doesnt work. That had value. Tts has no value, as the voice is robotic sounding. Speech to text would be more helpful to prepare for presentations.

I found this app to be useful for presentations. Its definitely a great idea for use of the ipad.

I just bought this and its unusable for autoscroll. It this a 4.2.1 issue..? I cannot believe its alway been broken and no one has left as feedback regarding it.

The program has crashed every time after about eight minutes of playing back a recorded 15 minute speech. I have always been able to resume. Its great to speed up the scrolling and adjust the timing of the speeches. I love the program and would like to see this issue resolved. The scrolling works great. But I am worried that it might crash during a live presentation. I have been able to seamlessly upload and download to GoogleDocs - a great boon. Would give it a five except for the playback.
